We are a boutique CRO on the Fitzsimons Innovation Campus. We design the binder, make the protein, run the assays and culture the cells, with access to CU Anschutz core facilities.
Everything a protein campaign needs, in one pack.
Four stages, one team the whole way up.
Design
We design binders in the format you need, check them with structure prediction and molecular dynamics, and hand the shortlist to Build with the reasoning attached.
Open Design →Build
We take the shortlist from sequence to purified protein: cloning into expression-ready constructs, expression in CHO, HEK or E. coli depending on the molecule, and purification with the QC to show what came out.
Open Build →Assay
A design is a hypothesis until it is measured.
Open Assay →Scale-up
Once a candidate holds up in assay, we make more of it and characterize it properly.
Open Scale-up →CNS and aggregation
We run the assays that show whether a molecule changes aggregation: Thioflavin T kinetics, HEK cell seeding with a puncta readout, and binding against the aggregated forms that matter.

Already have a panel? Paste it.
sift folds each Fv, maps its developability liabilities on both chains, and proposes framework edits that leave the CDRs alone. You get a report link to forward.

ADC linker chemistry
Cleavable against non-cleavable, what each release mechanism assumes about the tumor, and why bystander killing is a design choice rather than a bonus.
DESIGNADC payload classes
Tubulin inhibitors, topoisomerase inhibitors and DNA damaging agents, the potency and DAR tradeoff, and how the payload sets the toxicity you will see in the clinic.
DESIGNAntibody numbering and CDR definitions
Kabat, Chothia, IMGT and AHo, what each one actually defines, and why a liability at position 55 is meaningless without the scheme.
DESIGNAntibody structure prediction
Frameworks are easy, CDR-H3 is not, and the orientation between domains quietly decides whether the paratope is right.
